6-Session Qigong Arc

Six guided Qigong sessions, brought to you or your team onsite over three months.

A practice deepens with repetition. Across six sessions, your team moves from experiencing regulation and recovery in the room  (or outdoors) with me, to returning to it on their own.

What starts as a shared reset becomes part of how the team operates: clearer thinking under pressure, fewer reactive moments, more capacity when it counts.
