For today’s post, I’m sharing another qigong practice video filmed at Bull Creek Neighborhood Park on my weekly Artist Date. I’m still in my qigong teacher training course and loving the learning process. It helps me practice teaching to make these videos, so I’m working to publish one about once per week to practice memorizing and explaining the movements.
In today’s practice, we start with a short hike to the perfect spot next to the creek. This 12-minute set includes:
Knocking on the Door of Life
Spinal Cord Breathing
Picking Cherries
Phoenix Lunge
Swimming Dragon
Diagonal Flying
Cow Gazes at the Moon
Heavenly Bow
Centering
Bamboo in the Wind
Enjoy your practice!

100 Liminal Days is an experimental project of embracing my current transition season after exiting my business. I'm sharing an honest, real-time account of a self-initiation experience following The Artist's Way course in daily posts which are usually 1,500-3,000 words long.
