In this week’s practice, we are working with the water element. This is the element associated with the kidneys and the bladder. When our water element is balanced, this strengthens our sense of adaptability and problem-solving, making this a wonderful element to work with when moving towards our desires for change. The water element supports rest and rejuvenation.
