Here's what I've learned: that gap is created by override. It's the thing we do when we ignore what our body's telling us and push harder instead. It's what we do when we believe success only comes to those who sleep less, stay strong, and never give up. When we treat uncertainty as a problem to solve instead of information to listen to. Override works in the short term. It gets results. But it comes with a cost, and eventually, your system demands you pay it.
