This 30-minute qigong practice is for those days when you need to come home to your body — fully, unhurriedly. Filmed at a retreat on a Texas farm, this flow is one of the most grounding practices I’ve shared.
We move through a complete Taoist sequence: mobilization to open the body, Immortal Pushes the Stone to purge what you’re carrying, the 6 Healing Sounds to clear each organ system, and the expansive Leopard before settling into the full Taoist 5 Element Flow — circulating exercises and standing postures for each element (Metal, Water, Wood, Fire, Earth).
Whether you’re brand new to qigong or returning after a break, this is a practice you can grow with.
