For years, I’ve been known online as an entrepreneur, consultant, and delegation expert. But recently, I’ve felt a deep, soul-level nudge to begin sharing something different – something unguarded, more creative, and far more personal.
What I’m about to share feels like a risky thing to do because it’s off-brand from what I’ve been known for online for the last several years, and I know what marketing experts say about how we should show up online if we want to grow a following, add value, and monetize our expertise.
Stay on topic. Write for keywords.
But my soul is calling me to share new parts of myself – even to share in the midst of the lessons, versus only after I’ve distilled my experiences into bite-sized advice.
There are dormant parts of me that have been hidden – even from myself – that are waking up and asking me to pay attention. To create art. To trust and share authentically without fear of being seen or heard.
And truthfully, I’m doing this mostly from a place of curiosity to see why my soul wants this.
My intuition tells me this isn’t a solo journey either. Art is meant to be a shared experience. Art is a language, and the purpose of language is to transfer ideas from one to another. So, I’m writing this without knowing exactly where this path will carry me – and I’m inviting you to come along.
Are you up for it?
Let’s be curious together.
For the last year, I’ve been working on a project I call Into the Wild that started out as experimental art – a way to remember what it feels like to create without a goal. But as the art has unfolded, it’s become symbolic of a journey through change.
I’ve come to see it as more than just an art series. It is a means to tell stories and share what I’m learning about navigating big transitions in life, and how to connect deeply with my inner creative as a way to heal old trauma wounds and embody the unique gifts within me.
That is obviously something deeply personal, but I don’t think it’s just for me.
This is for you, too.
This is for all of us who are ready to expand our awareness of ourselves and step into a new story.
Back in April 2025, just a month after I sold my VA agency, I began sharing updates with my community via a weekly newsletter and this blog. Perhaps you’ve read my entrepreneurial story. It wasn’t an easy road. The transition itself took more than a year.
I sold the business I built from scratch nearly 10 years ago. And I have so much gratitude for the spaciousness of now – the opportunity to choose my next chapter with intention.
I call this spaciousness a liminal space.
But liminal spaces are a bit of a paradox. They cause discomfort. They often create a sense of being lost. And on the other hand, they allow us room to think and create with an unusual level of intentionality.
So, as I’ve lingered in this liminal state for several months (actually much longer), I’m still figuring out what “next” looks like for me.
I know I want to help high-achieving leaders navigate and recover from burnout. But the delivery vehicle for my work is still emerging. It feels like my gifts lie in the confluence of:
I feel certain about these elements, but unlike the days of running my business, I don’t have a clear strategy. I don’t have a business plan.
I feel like Indiana Jones in The Last Crusade — taking a leap of faith into the chasm, trusting that the bridge will appear beneath my feet.
So, here’s to taking that first bold step.
My invitation to you is to journey with me through this very human process of transition, realignment, and self discovery.
My intention is to be vulnerable, and to bring my whole self to this process – sharing the truth about what it’s like to not know what to do next, but to take thoughtful action anyway.
It’s about active patience – not just sitting and waiting for the answer to fall into my lap.
It’s also about not letting happenstantial opportunities lure me into doing something that isn’t fully aligned with my potential.
And I intend to do this in an inspirational and artistic way.
Not only will I share my truths publicly, but I will do it in a way that adds value for you – should you choose to join me.
If this resonates with you, I’ll be sharing weekly reflections – through blog posts, art, and a new YouTube series that blends storytelling with visual symbolism.
Here’s the 36-second teaser that sets the tone:
If it’s not for you, that’s okay too.
But if you’re still here with me – thank you. Let’s build this bridge to the future together.
