      I’m glad you are enjoying the tracker! Using it over time, it will become even more valuable to you. And I had a similar experience with adding new habits – something else wanes a bit when we add more to our plates. I continue to experiment with the order I do things and am finding that some things happen more easily when followed by another habit or a break. So, don’t be afraid to experiment with the time of day and order of things!
