Day 93/100 – Qigong Practice at Bull Creek, Austin, TX

For today’s post, I’m sharing another qigong practice video filmed at Bull Creek Neighborhood Park on my weekly Artist Date. I’m still in my qigong teacher training course and loving the learning process. It helps me practice teaching to make these videos, so I’m working to publish one about once per week to practice memorizing and explaining the movements.

In today’s practice, we start with a short hike to the perfect spot next to the creek. This 12-minute set includes:

  • Knocking on the Door of Life
  • Spinal Cord Breathing
  • Picking Cherries
  • Phoenix Lunge
  • Swimming Dragon
  • Diagonal Flying
  • Cow Gazes at the Moon
  • Heavenly Bow
  • Centering
  • Bamboo in the Wind

Enjoy your practice!
