Qigong for the Restless Mind: 14-Minute Practice Oceanside

When your mind won’t quiet and sitting still feels impossible — this is the practice. This 14-minute qigong flow is designed for restless nervous systems. Drawing from Water element Qigong, the 5 Animal Daoyin, and Taoist tradition, it moves you through a complete energetic sequence — so you finish grounded instead of just more depleted.

The Flow

↳ 0:00 Single Arm Teacups — mobilize

↳ 3:18 Shaking + Qi Scattering Set (Counter Swing, Dropping the Wooden Post, Vibrating Horse) — purge

↳ 7:12 Dragon (5 Animal Daoyin) — expand

↳ 9:15 Wuji — build

↳ 10:36 Zen Circles (Taoist 5 Flow) — circulate

↳ 12:40 Centering — consolidate

The two anchor movements — Dragon and Zen Circles — are both Water element exercises. That’s intentional. Water moves, adapts, and finds its own level. So can you.

Filmed at Aruba Ocean Villas in Savaneta, Aruba, March 10, 2026.
